1.Consulting

In order to perform major projects in a controlled manner we recommend to our customers to have the entire undertaking planned by a consultant. Since February 2002, WiCo has offered this service as well. We can assist you with anything from working out the network structure, location scouting for operating sites, by defining the final network configuration, drafting topographical sections, calculating link sections, planning the frequency, computer-assisted relay radio planning, all the way to creating documentation material. You can use the result of the consulting service as detailed technical offer or as basis for a bid.


2. Installation

The solutions offered are always set up and configured at WiCo Support. In the process, the devices are submitted to a 24 hour fatigue test in our lab. WiCo staff are absolutely familiar with the devices and guarantee a swift and trouble-free installation at your location. Upon request, we shall test the devices after the installation at predefined intervals through remote maintenance. This allows us to diagnose possible wear early on, and to react as quickly as possible. Also, we shall make software patches available to you over time which are then installed according to our instructions.


3.Service

WiCo GmbH offers you a choice of service levels in order to meet the needs of even the most demanding customer requests. For each customer a user account is set up to access our web portal. There, you will find the facts and assistance, specifically for your components, in PDF format.


In addition, you can contract the following services from us:

  • Telephone support
  • Storage of pre-configured spare devices
  • Remote testing of the components, including a written status report
  • On-location testing by a frontline technician
  • 24 h reaction time on the part of WiCo Support
  • 24 h recovery time
