2. Installation, Configuration and Supervision of Your System
Prior to each installation, the offered solutions are set up and configured at WiCo Support. In the course of this process, all devices are submitted to a 24h fatigue test in the lab. WiCo staff are absolutely familiar with the devices in order to guarantee a swift and trouble-free installation at your location. Upon request, we shall test the devices after the installation at predefined intervals by way of remote maintenance. This allows us to diagnose possible wear early on, and to react as quickly as possible. Also, we shall make software patches available to you over time which are then installed according to our instructions.
